Выгодный отдых c «Профалмаз»
Утверждено новое положение о программе «Профсоюзный отдых». Значительно увеличено финансирование, это значит, что будет выделено более 1.000 путёвок.
В программе 16 партнеров, с 2020 года дополнительно заключен договор о сотрудничестве с ЗАО «Консолидация оздоровления населения», который представляет выгодные предложения по направлениям внутреннего туризма: Камчатка, Дальний восток, Алтай, Тюменская область, Башкортостан, КМВ, Краснодарский край, Крым, оздоровительные и СПА-туры.
В целях повышения мотивации профсоюзного членства и уровня социальной защищенности членов профсоюза «Профалмаз» продолжается и возмещение 1/3 затрат от уплаченной суммы за путевку на санаторно-курортный отдых и санаторно- профилактическое лечение. В январе утверждено новое положение «О частичном возмещении расходов на санаторно-курортный отдых и санаторно-профилактическое лечение работникам АК «АЛРОСА» (ПАО), являющихся членами профсоюза «Профалмаз».
Благодаря новому положению условия возмещения стали более выгодными: с 2020 года частичное возмещение расходов происходит круглогодично. Важно отметить, что частичное возмещение расходов производится только за путёвки, выделенные в профилактории «Горняк», «Зарница» и санаторий ООО «ОК «Прометей» (по программе отдыха АК «АЛРОСА» (ПАО) за период отдыха в течение 2020 года.
